ABB/Baldor Dual Pick-up Encoder Kit is designed to fit both 56C mounting faces or the accessory cavity on the rear of the RPM III series motors. Encoders provide Zero speed unidirectional or bi-directional quadrature outputs with 120 pulses per revolution. External X2 logic can be used to obtain a resolution of 240 pulses per revolution on either kit. External X4 logic may be used with the bidirectional model to obtain a resolution of 480 pulses per revolution. Rugged bearing less construction and magneto resistive technology provides better reliability and temperature range than optical devices. Standard line driver outputs allow single ended use to 200 Ft. or differential use to 1000 Ft.
